Solo Creative Podcast with Kathleen Shannon on Branding

Today I’m jazzed to finally post my interview with brand designer Kathleen Shannon of Braid Creative.

I’ve been so excited about posting this interview. You know it’s a good one because it’s almost twice as long as my normal Solo Creative episodes.

Kathleen is half the team of Braid Creative, a design and branding firm that specializes in servicing professional creatives.  They have worked with all kinds of creatives, including none other than TED talk superstar, Oprah “pal”, and best-selling author Brené Brown. (Speaking of which, at one point in the interview we talk about Kathleen’s work for Brené and how she had trepidation asking Brené to be on Kathleen’s own podcast, Being Boss. My interview with Kathleen was a few months ago, and since then, I’d wondered if she ever got around to inviting Brené. Imagine my pleasant surprise when I saw that she did get Brené on her show. It’s a must-listen episode. Check it out.)
