Since 2015 marks the 20th anniversary of Disney-Pixar’s Toy Story, I thought it would be fun to do a special about animation. Actually, the truth is, one of my conversations with frequent show guest JD Cochran got off on a 45-minute tangent about South Park…so I used it as a basis for an episode. I also talk with Slashfilmcast co-host Jeff Cannata and wedding filmmaking master and USC film grad Kevin Shahinian about why Pixar is arguably the most successful studio in Hollywood.
